Adam Thorne, P.App., AACI

Adam entered the appraisal industry in October of 2021. He began his candidacy in February of 2022 after completing the prerequisites. Adam recently finished the AIC distance education program at the University of British Columbia, and achieved the AACI designation in 2025. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax and is conversant in both English and French.

Adam has experience appraising various mixed-use and institutional properties. He has also contributed to various consulting projects using his skills in GIS and data consolidation to derive informed insights that support better recommendations.
