Adam Thorne, BComm, AIC Candidate Member

Adam entered the appraisal industry in October of 2021. He began his candidacy in February of 2022 after completing the prerequisites. He is currently in the process of finishing the AIC distance education program at the University of British Columbia, with the goal of achieving the AACI designation. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax and is conversant in both English and French.

Adam has experience appraising various mixed-use and institutional properties. He has also contributed to various consulting projects using his skills in GIS and data consolidation to derive informed insights that support better recommendations.
