First Nations Land Claim Analysis and Valuation
As First Nations and the Government of Canada work to resolve the illegal taking of historic Reserve lands, we have provided expert advice to First Nations and in joint engagements for First Nations and the Government of Canada.
We analyze historic land use, historic land value, and current unimproved market value to provide comprehensive reports that inform settlements. Our team’s strong understanding of land values and the history of the region, paired with GIS capabilities and determination to find and understand relevant historical records, has allowed us to provide meaningful insights.
